These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ingrain Massage website, services, and communications (including phone calls, emails, and text messages). By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Ingrain Massage provides massage therapy and bodywork services intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

By booking or receiving services, you represent that:

- You understand that results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.

## 3. Intake, Consent & Treatment

Before your session, you may be asked to complete an intake form and provide relevant health information. You consent to receiving massage therapy services and acknowledge that you can ask questions, request modifications, or end the session at any time.

You agree to communicate clearly about pressure, discomfort, sensitivity, and preferences during your session.

## 4. Appointments, Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

### Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via approved booking channels.

### Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. You may still be charged the full session fee.

### Cancellations / Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [24 hours] notice.

### No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice may be charged [100% of the scheduled service fee].

### Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the appointment may be charged [50%–100% of the scheduled service fee].

## 5. Payments, Packages & Gift Cards

### Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

### Cards & Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle card payments. Ingrain Massage does not store full credit/debit card numbers.

### Packages / Prepaid Sessions

Packages are non-transferable unless required by law or explicitly approved in writing by Ingrain Massage. Expiration rules (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

### Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law and may be subject to expiration rules where legally permitted.
